All in a Days Work

. . . and that's just it, all I do is work, and work, and work.

The weather has been gorgeous and it's finally summer!!!

The roof is off the jeep so I just love to drive around even though I should be walking and biking more.

I found a good college and career group to go to on Wednesday nights.

I am really learning a lot about people and myself:
-that jealousy can rear its ugly head when we least expect it and we try to deny it over and over again
- that life without friends is really no life at all
- that stepping into other people's shoes is the only way to practice/learn patience and try empathy.

My visit with my Dad was so much fun! We went to the states, Bowen Island, Stanley Park, ate out a lot, saw Iron Man 2 (not worth your money), and just hung out. I love my dad and it was so good to see him.

I can't wait for Grown Ups and Toy Story 3 to come out soon.

Our basketball team is really improving (when they listen) and have so much potential. We are half done the season already, it's gone so fast.

Life is ho hum. Can't wait to go to Florida and it's hard to live in the present when I am not completely content. 'Tis life.
